2010 Memberships

Single Greens Fee Membership- $119.00 Monthly

Family Membership- $149.00 Monthly

* A $1000.00 Non-Refundable Initiation Fee is Due for First time Members

• Includes Unlimited Greens Fees at River’s Bend Golf Club & Prince George Golf Club
• Members are given charging capabilities (Must have Credit Card on File)
• Members receive 10% off on merchandise, preferred Tee Times, eligibility to participate in the Virginia Handicap Program (GHIN), and all Club functions including our Men’s and Women’s Golf Associations. *separate association dues apply.
• Optional Cart Plan (Single -$90.00 a month, Family- $155.00 a month) - unlimited use of a cart, respectable to golf course rules.  One year commitment necessary.

• Pay 12 months Greens Fee and Cart Plan Membership up front and receive a free yearly range plan and one month’s dues for free

*Single-$394.00 Family-$499.00 Savings

***Lifetime Family Membership***

• $10,000 – Unlimited Greens Fees and Cart Fees for 3 years, after which, you will receive lifetime greens fees at both courses with discounted cart rates.  At the completion of the Conservation Easement you will receive a complete REFUND and keep your membership.
