Individual Membership
$1000 non-refundable initiation fee. The 2007 dues are $119.00 monthly as a single membership. Play Anytime, walking privileges, 14-day advance tee times, range plan availability, 20% off regularly priced golf shop merchandise, 10% off regularly priced food not including beverages, access to member tournaments and events, charging privileges, access to Prince George Golf Club and Royal Virginia Golf Club. A member-guest rate is offered for River's Bend Golf Club only. Accompanied guest are limited to no more than 4 at a time. The rate for accompanied guest is $35 weekdays and $45 weekends. Member cart fees are $16 for 18 holes and $9 for 9 holes. 12 month cart plan $90 per person per month. All rates are subject to change.

Family Membership
$3000 non-refundable initiation fee. The 2007 dues are $149.00 monthly as a family membership. Unmarried children living at home will be extended club privileges until their 21st birthday. Play Anytime, walking privileges, 14-day advance tee times, range plan availability, 20% off regularly priced golf shop merchandise, 10% off regularly priced food not including beverages, access to member tournaments and events, charging privileges, access to Prince George Golf Club and Royal Virginia Golf Club. A member-guest rate is offered for River's Bend Golf Club only. Accompanied guest are limited to no more than 4 at a time. The rate for accompanied guest is $35 weekdays and $45 weekends.
